This platform is operated by Intellify Technologies Limited, trading as IntellifyAi (18 Brainton Avenue, Feltham, United Kingdom, TW14 0AY), with processing for India-based customers carried out through MyIntellify Technologies India Private Limited. By signing in, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Permitted use
Access is granted to authorized personnel of the customer organization to review and score customer interactions for quality assurance purposes only. Accounts, credentials, and exported data must not be shared outside that purpose.
3. Data handling obligations
Users must not download, screenshot, or otherwise extract call recordings, transcripts, or customer personal data for any purpose beyond the platform's intended QA workflow, and must comply with applicable data protection law when doing so.
4. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
